3. Device Permissions

The Application may request OS permissions necessary for feature functionality:

• Full network access / internet access: required for advertising, Firebase services, content update downloads (if applicable).
• Notifications: for sending game reminders, achievement notifications, or updates (optional).

You can change permissions in your device settings. Without certain permissions, corresponding features may be unavailable. Core game features (local PvP and PvAI gameplay) work without internet access.

4. How We Use Data (Processing Purposes)

1.    Provide Application features (including gameplay, statistics saving, Player vs Player and Player vs AI modes, training materials);

2.    Ensure functionality, security, and prevent abuse;

3.    Respond to support requests;

4.    Improve the product (gameplay analytics, AI balancing, training material improvements, testing, diagnostics, bug fixes);

5.    Display advertising and measure its effectiveness (including personalization);

6.    Comply with legal requirements and respond to requests from authorized authorities in cases provided by law.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on applicable legislation (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, local laws), we process data based on:

• Contract performance (providing Application functionality);

Game statistics and settings are stored locally on your device until the Application is deleted or application data is cleared. Analytics and diagnostic data are stored according to the policies of respective services (Firebase, AdMob).

• Access restrictions and infrastructure protection measures;

However, no method of transmission/storage guarantees absolute security.
